The Roblin Building

241 Main Street

The rigid framed Roblin Building was originally built alongside The Marine Trust Building as an addition to the headquarters for Marine Midland Bank.  Construction on the modern, steel, low rise building ended in 1957, with the building opening in the early 1960s.  It is now home to several offices based out of the city of Buffalo.

From Our Tenants

In 2016, we worked with Priam to find a space that would triple the size of our former office location. We worked together as a group to plan the most effective floor plan, build options, and schedule to meet our needs for the office move. The experience was incredibly collaborative and receptive. To date, their team has been top notch.
