How do I rent an apartment from Priam Enterprises?


Complete and sign an application with complete addresses and phone numbers provided. Include a security deposit equal to one months rent and application fee of $20.00. The security deposit is due at lease signing and the first month’s rent is due no later than the date of move in.

Is there snow removal?


Absolutely. All properties are plowed and shoveled on a regular basis during the winter season. While in most instances snow is removed by the time our residents have to leave for school or work in the morning, exceptions can arise in instances of significant snowfall.

How quickly are service orders addressed?


If a service order is called in during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-4:30pm) and the resident has given us permission to enter their apartment, then the order will usually be addressed within 24 hours. Non-emergency calls received over the weekend will be handled the following Monday. Residents who wish to be home when work is completed must call to schedule an appointment with Priam Enterprises, LLC. Due to the unpredictable nature of maintenance issues, residents can only schedule an appointment for the morning (8am-12pm) or afternoon (12pm-4:30pm).

What are your pet policies?


Each property has its own unique pet policy. Contact our leasing agent to inquire about the pet policy on a specific property of interest.

Are rents fixed or negotiable?


All rent prices for any of the apartments are fixed.

How much is the security deposit?


The security deposit is the amount of one month’s rent.
